NOMA Foundation

Investing in the people, places, and potential of the NOMA corridor.

About the Foundation

The NOMA Foundation is the driving force behind the revitalization and growth of Columbia's North Main Street corridor. We work to strengthen the community by supporting local businesses, organizing events, beautifying public spaces, and connecting neighbors.

Our mission is simple: make NOMA a place where people want to live, work, play, and invest. Through partnerships with local businesses, city government, and community organizations, we're building a vibrant, inclusive district that reflects the best of Columbia.

From organizing signature events like Light Up NOMA and the Cornbread Festival to advocating for infrastructure improvements and supporting small business growth, the Foundation is committed to the long-term health of this corridor.

Buddy & Benjamin Program

The Buddy & Benjamin Program is the NOMA Foundation's community investment initiative, designed to pair supporters with specific projects and programs that make a direct impact on the corridor.

Whether it's funding new streetscape improvements, supporting a local business incubator, or sponsoring community events, Buddy & Benjamin donors see exactly where their contributions go — and the difference they make.
